They're always helpful and awesome. The manager always makes sure to say hello and help out. Matt (the employee that helped me today) was fast and efficient.
I have always had a positive experience at this UPS location, but this morning I unfortunately did not. Despite UPS delivering a fragile item to me in a broken box, Ryan told me that he would have to charge me for simply taping the box up. I understand that this is an independent franchise and they are not expected to fix broken boxes, but I was taken a bit offguard by Ryan's rudeness and lack of kind customer service skills. I went into the store with a positive and unaccusatory attitude and received a short and abrupt one in return. Luckily I went to another UPS location and received MUCH better service. Thank you, Delmonico location for providing your customers for being helpful AND kind.
**In response to your response: I was actually very clear about what I was hoping to have done (after asking for the employee's advice). I was told that the taping alone was going to cost me "$6.99" and the repackaging "quite a bit more."

Very pleasant ...the young man who helped me was wonderful and kind!!! This will be my go to store from now on!!!
